If you are here because we emailed you out of the blue, this page explains where we got your details and how to make us stop. The short version: reply “unsubscribe” to that email, or write to carlos@yourlocallisting.co.uk, and we delete you the same day. No reason needed.

We did not get them from you. We use commercial business-contact databases that compile publicly available professional information — company websites, business directories and public professional profiles. What we typically hold is a work email address, a name, a job title and the company it belongs to. We do not buy, hold or use personal financial data, and we do not collect anything about you outside your professional role.
Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is legitimate interests — telling business owners about a product relevant to running their business. We have assessed this against your interests and rights, and we limit it to work addresses, a small number of messages, and an immediate stop the moment you ask.
This page is also the notice we owe you under Article 14 of the UK GDPR, which applies when a business obtains personal data from somewhere other than the person themselves.
We use it to send a short sequence of business emails and to record whether you replied or asked us to stop. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing. Our email is sent through SalesBlink, which processes the data on our instructions.
If you do not reply, we delete your details within twelve months. If you ask us to stop, we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we never contact you again — that record is kept precisely so our suppression list works.
Write to carlos@yourlocallisting.co.uk for any of these. We answer within 30 days, and usually the same week.
Our emails record whether they were opened and whether a link was clicked, so we can stop messaging people who are clearly not interested. If you would rather not be measured at all, tell us and we will remove you entirely.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Visiting it tells us nothing about you.
